Dynamic Support & Resistance Zones — Fade Engine Integration

In Rany Sniper Signals v2.0, SR zones are one of five filters that power the Fade Engine. SR detection alone is not enough — it's the combination of SR + VWAP distance + RSI extremity + SuperTrend + Volume that creates the high-probability mean-reversion setups verified at up to up to 86.7% WR on 5m.

Key distinction: SR zones in the Fade Engine are not "buy at support" logic. They are context validators — a candle pushed far through an SR zone with extreme RSI is more likely to snap back than one in open space.

The 5 Fade Engine Filters

Every Fade signal passes all five filters simultaneously. SR zones are one piece of a multi-layer system:

  • SR Zone: Detects proximity to or breach of a significant SR level — adds structural weight to the reversal case.
  • VWAP Distance: Candle must be extended far from VWAP — the "snap-back target" is VWAP itself.
  • RSI Extremity: RSI must be at an extreme (overbought/oversold) — momentum exhaustion signal.
  • SuperTrend: Provides macro directional context — the Fade is against the local move, not the macro trend.
  • Volume: Volume spike on the extended candle adds to the fakeout anatomy.

The live panel shows the status of each filter in real time, so you always know exactly what condition is active or missing.

How SR Zones Are Detected

  • Multi-Timeframe (MTF): SR levels are clustered from higher timeframes. HTF zones carry more weight.
  • Dynamic width: Zones are calculated as areas, not lines — accounting for natural price fluctuation.
  • SR smoothing: Raw pivot data is smoothed to eliminate noise and focus on the most significant reaction areas.
  • No manual drawing required: The engine detects and displays SR zones automatically on every supported asset.

SR Zones in the Normal Engine

The Normal Engine uses SR zones differently — for entry quality scoring. A BUY signal at a confirmed SR flip zone gets a higher Confidence Score (0–100). A BUY signal firing directly into untested resistance gets suppressed by the No-Trade filter.

Candle Gate + SR Zones = Structural Reliability

The Candle Gate adds a second layer on top of SR zone detection. Even if a candle touches an SR zone, if it spikes beyond close[1] ± ATR, the signal is invalidated immediately. This eliminates the "touched SR but spiked through it" fakeout — one of the most common traps for SR-based traders.
